Where else do these issues exist?
Vietnam has an enormous river system. There are 2360 rivers and they are connected. The system flows more than 10km and is a huge water supply for communities.
Vietnam ensured people has enough water supply, but they can't guarantee these people have accessed to sanitary drinking. Due to the economic development, many industrials has infected the rivers.

Due to lack of access to clean water, in the Northern region around Hanoi, there are proofs of arsenic contamination in the drinking water.
